From Global Expertise to Local Impact

My philosophy in both business and leadership is encapsulated by two principles: always learning, always growing. My academic path, from earning a Bachelor of Commerce at Concordia to advanced studies at McGill, an MBA from Tulsa, and certifications from NYU-Stern, along with my CPA (Ordre du Quebec) designation and Six Sigma Black Belt, embodies my commitment to continuous improvement.

Then, I fell in love with the wine business and happened to be married to someone who has spent over 25 years in the wine industry with the nation’s largest distributor of wine & spirits. Hence my continued education path of WSET I, WSET II and Sommelier I certifications.

For the last 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of steering LUXA Enterprises™ from its origins as a back-office service entity for a family owned business to a diverse, comprehensive outsourcing firm. In spring 2024, I realized a vision two years in the making by transitioning ownership to one of our most skilled and valued executives. This shift allows me to dedicate more time to community service and tailor strategic projects for my clients. My husband and I decided to move closer to our industry: Napa Valley, California – where I have begun focusing my accounting services on working with small to mid-sized family owned wineries.
